This Java utility will convert a text file containing random "1"'s & "0"'s into a file containing random text characters. (You can obtain the input file at www.random.org easily.) The Java program is an "executable JAR file" which you can run from here or download to your computer. I have also included the distribution folder in ZIP format. Here they are:

** NOTE: The Java utility program was developed on the JDK 1.6 platform. It runs perfectly with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update 1. I believe you will get an error message if you try to run it using JRE 5 or earlier. **
